Credential evaluation organizations = CGFNS, ERES, or other similar organization.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The "Start-Up Package"'s goal is to assist you in preparing the initial documents required by the credential evaluation organizationsin the process of getting your nursing license in the United-States.
You are responsible for obtaining the necessary documents from the various entities concerned (nursing school, licensing authority, etc.).
You understand and agree that Claire Speaks - Consulting & Coaching Services is not responsible in the eventuality that the credential evaluation organizations request more information/documents than the originally requested ones.
For the "Start-UpPackage" service, Claire Speaks - Consulting & Coaching Services charges an amount of 90 US Dollars.
The amount billed by Claire Speaks Consulting & Coaching Services is completely independent and does not include the fees charged by the credentials evaluation organizations.
You agree to provide any document or information necessary to Claire Speaks - Consulting & Coaching Services to carry out its services. In the event that you refuse, neglect or fail to provide the necessary documents or information in due time, Claire Speaks - Consulting & Coaching Services can not be held responsible in case of expiration of your file with the credential evaluation organizations.
You understand and agree that the processing time of your file by the different credential evaluation organizations does not depend on Claire Speaks - Consulting & Coaching Services.
Claire Speaks - Consulting & Coaching Services will respect a close of confidentiality and not divulge any information or personal document to other persons.
You agree not to divulge the personal contacts of Claire Speaks - Consulting & Coaching Services to third parties.
By providing the "Start-Up Package" service, it is expressly agreed that Claire Speaks - Consulting & Coaching Services acts as an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.
